Customer Services System

Redwither Software, with its established experience of logistics in the Retail Management field has developed a PC based software package called the Customer Services System (CSS). CSS has been written to work on a Windows 95/98 tm platform using peer to peer networking, but can be ported to other platforms if required. The software is aimed at small to medium sized retail companies requiring flexibility and modular development.

Proven concepts and design have been engineered to produce a modular software package, which in its core state provides integrated Sales, Customer Service and Logistics functions.
The basic functions are as follows:

  • Inventory/Logistics - Manages levels of stock and provides information about stocked products.
  • Customer - Comprehensive customer/supplier information.
  • Sales Order - Handles the order fulfilment process. This module available integrated with the inventory module to dynamically alter stock levels as appropriate.

    • Additional modules available include:

  • Bar-coding integration, utilising PC bar-coding devices and handheld computer devices such as the Psion Workabout.
  • Remote sales order via laptop computers - The ability for the sales representative to interact with the central system from a remote site.
  • Custom Modules - Redwither are happy to create custom modules based on a customers needs which interact directly with CSS.
